This is new to me. I wasn't aware that Thomson is now technicolor 

this things make tata sky as premium dth. I think they gives strick instruction to all local office to follow company guideline. If any thing goes wrong, ts will take action. In this case if ts receive many complaint againest dealer, ts may cancel dealership for that dealer. also in market there is already very high competition. I remember, once i was place a order for universal remote but installer ask me more 100 for charge of visit [225+100] when i raised this issue, then he provided well service. Same was thinking at time of replacemet of stb but not demand anything. So real reason is tata sky also checking processToday I Got call From TS, He want to know from me that service installer have taken any money from u in cash or any thing u paid in cash or any problem u got during installation , so i said no i didn't paid any thing. So Good Going TS.
i remember, in my city at the time of SES7 Migration On ADTV, many installer looted lots of money from many subscriber.![]()
