For ex. if the particular amount said Rs. 149 having 2 schemes like Net and other plan then how Paytm recognizes which one is needed ?

There is no such thing in most of the companies bro.
And if there is such thing it is mentioned on their websites.
If 49 rupees E-recharge is for the internet. Then 49 rupees through USSD could be some calling pack. But it's very rare to see two plans with same amount.
