If you really want to know then trust me. I have seen the mobile bills of ex-CM of Maharashtra and it used to come in between 2-4 lacs every month.
these are also big shots. Even the mobile bills of CEO or CFO of any company would be going greater than lacs as they need to make International calls as well as they also remain on international roaming.

but to b very honest i was talking for a common man. for a common man 1 lac is not possible. but if u r saying regarding CFO CEO or any big person than obviously sky is the only limit for them.
