first let them not compress good quality channels like star vijay, sun music, udaya tv etc for adding crap channels

today i sent mail to ceo regarding this issue. one person called me and told that, he will send the engineer, i explained the problem to him, still he is unable to solve the issue, he is just sending a engineer and engineer will tell us that this problem from tatasky will be rectified shortly. for this they will Charge Rs.150.00 to customer. i told him that he can send his engineer but i will not pay visiting charge as this problem is from tatasky not from set top box or tv.
