Not sure. But they have ceased Romedy now+ and renamed it as movies now+. Not sure about the content, right now it's showing the same programs of movies now.

Then why ADTV shifts to Movies NOW + and dishtv haven't and why they dropped Movies NOW + if it would replace Movies NOW HD.

Yes and they removed Movies NOW + replaced with upscaled version of Romedy NOW.
