HELP Movies Now in wrong format

Seems something is wrong with D2h team. Movies Now SD is in wrong format. It is appearing zoomed. Sorry for not being able to use the proper technical word for the same. Anyway, here is the snap to illustrate.

I dont have Movies now in my package.. But this out of screen one more channel is Sahara Samay UP ch.784, I noticed many time about sahara up

Which also means it is eating most part of the film being shown.
