Good decision. YOu never know you have to change STB 3-4 times within a month due to hardware and software bug.

Atleast Tata Sky products are best among the industry.

Agree with you definitely Airtel DVR is not a match to TS DVR....

Tata Sky is not so important as they themselves think about them . Movies Now became No.1 in India even when they were not on tata sky.

Also almost half of dth connections r inactive ans major chunk of them would be from tata sky, dish tv, reliance, sun direct. Airtel and Videocon still command a great % of active subscribers.

Majority of viewership still comes from cable tv especially from analogue cable so broadcasters r not that worried about these fights.

Also until there r dth ops with vested interest in their respective sister networks till then there will be fights with competition networks.
