the cc guys are confusing the customers 1st he said its going to be removed after time some he said sorry for the wrong info it wont be removed, you will get a notification on your screen on 1st of sept regarding the issue....... what the hell is wrong with this guys only god knows

That is how they are trained. Most of the time they give confusing replies

Now it's really taking a stroll on us wrt MSM addition. The wait over this is becoming a pain and lot of confusion.

It's high time for Tatasky or MSM to come out and give the consumers a clarity on addition or removal.
