MTS India has expanded its smartphone range with the addition of Samsung Galaxy Y on its telecom network for a superior data experience.
Samsung Galaxy Y is powered with 600 MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor & runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
Leonid Musatov, chief marketing & sales officer at MTS India, said that the Galaxy Y not only offers smarter user experience but also empowers customers to use Unlimited Data and Voice services on our network.
The launch of Samsung Galaxy Y Smartphone on MTS network is supported by an integrated communication program, which includes leveraging Out-of-Home (OOH) media, airing of TV commercial, digital media and road shows in key cities across India.
Ranjit Yadav , country head of Samsung Mobile & IT, said the success of the Galaxy Y in the GSM space has encouraged Samsung to launch the CDMA version of this product with MTS.
The smartphone is priced at Rs 7,999 and comes with a bundled recharge voucher of Rs 493, which will offer unlimited data usage and local MTS to MTS call for 3 months.
