it is not removing from broadcaster side.it is just replacing with M tv beats.Unless untill contract expires Ts can not remove any channel with out permission of Broadcaster. Kya yaar.

That is what I have saying bro.They have given announcement because Viacome 18 haven't renewal the contract.of course still time is there.

Arre bhaiya still you didn't understood mtv indies is being replaced by mtv beats so both tata sky and viacom have mutually agreed to remove that mtv indies channel so tata sky published that notice ki it will be removed on so and so date

Again u misunderstand the things here.in that announcement there is no news of replacing m TV beats.2nd thing if replace will happen then they don't publish it in news paper in stead they give scroll in lcn.
The ts announcement completely belongs to m TV indies contract . nothing to do with m TV beats. If they want to add m TV beats then they should do a new agreement because now m TV indies contract also expairing.so replace also can't possible.hope you understand the things

But if thr channel is getting removed from broadcaster what will tata sky do with that they will have to remove that channel so they published a notice for that

Again mistake.the channel is not removing viacom just replacing with m TV indies.2nd thing thing they can make both channels also in any platform we have seen this movies now HD and mn+ HD in Hathway.
