HELP Multiple lnb setup on single dish

kitkatcadbury bro, with your existing setup, you can catch AS5 & ST2(D2h) on the same dish

You can't catch Insat 4A (83) Ku band as it is far from Insat 4B. Since most of the DTH operators have moved to MPEG4, request you to upgrade to MPEG4 STB

Very well explanation, I think kitkatcadbury there is no point to go with Ku band setup because no channels FTA on Ku better you should go with dd freedish if only Ku band and if want more channels FTA then go with c-band dish

i saw the link and pictures posted. in that in the same dish both 93.5, 95 and 83 setup was given. according to that i want to make the same setup.

i) First point your dish to Insat 4A(83) Ku band (There are no FTA channels)
ii) Then you need custom strip with holes and clamp
iii) Fix another LNB to the right of Insat 4A ( when looking from the back of dish) and you can get signals of DD FD

Whatever dishes are there in my setup which you are seeing all are Ku band dish. Yes you will get signals of Dish TV as well in this setup. Both the LNB are normal Ku band LNB

If your intention is to view FTA channels, then you better go for 6 feet C band dish

A Dish is just a reflector, assume now you are using C band dish to track Insat 4A C band channels. Once Insat 4A satellite expires then you can track some other satellite using same C band dish.

With 6 ft C band dish, you can track Insat 4A, AS5, AS7, IS20 (separately)

Coming to Ku band, it is difficult to track AS5 & ST2 on same dish as both are having MPEG4 channels. On ST2, you will get few FTA channels.

Yes, you will get all the FTA channels. But I don't think so you will be able to track both AS5 & ST2 on same dish

btw, what do you mean by channel list individually?

It would be great if you can list down your requirement, so that we can guide you properly

i want categorically as5 fta channel list and st2 fta channel list individually. it would be great if you mention them separetely here. at what angles these satellites should be targeted to receive fta channels along with my dd free dish
and dishtv fta. how many more lnbs should be there. i have solid mpeg2 sd stb with 4lnb support. i also need diseqc with 4 ports.
