Then it's good. Otherwise 30mins free service is offered by rail tel at new Delhi railway station for more than a yr now. But the connectivity is not that great for it. If you are sitting in the coaches that are towards the front you won't get a reliable connectivity.

Here’s the review of Google’s RailWire, the free Wi-Fi service, at the Bombay Central Station (with speed test)

Internet speed test using the ever reliable and trusted ‘Speedtest by Ookla’ app. The results showed a low ping of just 61 ms, but the download speed was strangely half of that of the upload speed. It could be due to multiple users accessing the network majorly for downloading purpose, but the speeds were still pretty impressive for a public Wi-Fi network as visible in the screenshot above. As of now, RailWire public Wi-Fi is completely free to use and does not have a chargeable model.
