Facing one issue, box is not able to detect Wi-Fi, just keeps on scanning.
Two solutions.. 1st switch off your router a day start after 5 minutes.. 2nd use WiFi Mac filtering in router and enter the box Mac address.. You will find box Mac address in settings/more settings.. Click on three dots in Upper right corner and click advanced.. Enter the Mac address of box in router Mac filtering..

Start router after 5 minutes.. Make sure you take all cables out of router.. This will reset WiFi connection and box should be able to detect

And finally reset your box.. Since this is a Chinese product, they have their own settings installed. As this is a new box, you will not loose anything

And it is always advisable to use LAN/Ethernet connection as WiFi connections are known for dropping speed and signals intermittently
