IM Bhai, pls post snaps once installation is over as I can't. Getting a notification always asking to Update Google Play Services and when we click on that, only options are De-activate and Open. I tried 4-5 times and then got the Update button in place of Open, so that irritating part over.

Sure bro. As mine everything was updated hence update is downloading but I must say Motorola servers are very slow and download is happening very slowly. Here is the update notification screens.
