I was very skeptical buying this laptop cause of its Pentium Quadcore processor.
But Windows 8.1, 1 TB HDD and 4GB RAM made me sure.
The processor doubt is clear now. It's 4th Gen Pentium Quadcore launched by Intel in January 2014.

another solution is, remove the RAM and use eraser to clean the cells and re-insert it again.

If there is no power or sound, then it's SMPS fault bro

There is no sound at all.
But CPU and SMP fan run fine.
The power light is glowing very dim, almost unnoticeable.

Yes. There is no sound of beep or whatsoever !

If monitor's light blinks, and no display comes on the monitor... then SMPS has gone wrong, for sure.

If there is is small beeps, RAM is gone, if beep is long, and doesnt stops, motherboard has gone wrong.
