Options are increasing and hardware are keep getting smaller nowhere days almost every electronic companies using the concept of nano electronics so you're right not only cutting cost is striking but we're getting more to explore.

It also misses the component out ports which are available on the older boxes supplied which is a better option if you decide to connect to a old CRT TV by subscribing to SD package.
