The box look sleek and small. UI is same like Tata Sky and d2h 4K means it from Cisco only.

And also hathway has a policy I guess, I am not sure but my friend said that they replace STB/remote if they are spoiled by natural circumstances, that means in which no human act is involved.
If STB/remote get spoiled by human acts, then we have to pay and get new STB/remote
And warranty also is there
