Yes I have contacted my local cable guy, i have got an simple answer buy a new stb sir, everything is perfect in my box, No problem No issue, when I ask about to problem, no answer

This issue happened in past also. Despite being same MSO, the STB are area locked I guess. Hence will work only in the area its purchased, not sure what the exact cause is?

there is no other way brother. you won't find anyone to repair it other than LCO
