Bro If There is Power Fluctuation or Voltage Problem In Your House Then You Must Have To Install Stabilzer for Your TV Because if so then it Badly Damages The TV

Not required. New television having inbuilt stabiliser

Those are very rare scenarios. If regular fluctuations happens even stabiliser also can't save it.
