U should buy either LG or Samsung's UHD tv. Because only these two companies make their own display panels.
You can also buy sony but its PQ will be same as Samsung.

Reason is Sony uses Samsung's UHD panels only they haven't their own R&D and manufacturing units for UHD/Full HD panels.
And Samsung has edge over Sony for their Software being used in TVs.
U will have more features and options in Samsung.
