Review My Personal Review about Tata Sky HD+

I have listen very good things about TS about their services and customer Care.

But i think IM bro have bad experience.

D2h offered him very good cheap services and on other hand TS cost for everything.

Initailly i thought that it might be co-incidence for failure of service for me. But day by day Tata Sky is killing my intention towards their service.

Frankly speaking their service is pissing me off but i am surely going to bash them back and looking for loop hole. Once i find it i will drag them to consumer court and will make them pay thousands if they continue their pathetic service and extra ordinary pricing.

@IM - if you are facing problem on service aspect call Mini or Saraswathi @ 080 66233000...they will assist you greatly...

With respect to service i never go for CC ...i call them they do the needful to me immediately...

Only 1 thing which hurts me being TS user is that when i compare the pricing pack of Platinum pack HD of D2H i end up and paying Rs. 1500 per year by subscribing to MEga South HD pack....

Nope buddy . I got the dual cabling after lots if complaint but the engineer who came for this screwed my evening that day by coming at 9 pm and completed the work at 11 pm and even the electrician along with him charged me Rs 500

I must say Tata Sky installation service is not upto mark and they screw their employees too who was forced to complete his task at such late hours and made them to disturb me too.

now tatasky technical team is not supporting to customers.
i also get problem when installation of tatasky HD box.

In my area tatasky office is near as 6 km.but they come after i registered complaint 6hrs...
service is poor but quality is better than others.

My Tatasky HD+ Box is still going well with one cable and splitter at the end.
