No BCCI is a private body and no one can ask the accountability of it nor they bound to pay tax to India.

I read somewhere that BCCI is a private body registered with Charity Commissioner's office at Chennai...
They simply refuse to accept accountability & govt is doing nothing to control it......may be because of people like Pawar & Jaitley...

No wonder why cricketers earn so much. How come BCCI team's is Indian Team then? If they don't come under Government of India, then they don't deserved to be called Indian team. Fortis and AIIMS is not the same thing.

It was rejected coz both the parties have some members in BCCI too
