Anyways on 1st September they will face huge issue as they will be flooded with complaints thru twitter, FB, mail, call centre.

They have purposefully not notified customers about it thinking that it will have negative effect but it will get multiplied if they do not notify and effect brand image. All do not read the 2 newspapers in which they published the notice.
