& here, May colonies still not have proper Roads

Same here also but can we blame PM for this ? If PM is everything then why wasting millions on Assembly Elections, Mayor Elections and Surpanch Election ? Just choose PM and blame him for next 5 years.

Actually I am not blaming
But, if they have time to visit other countries, then why can't see condition of their own country?
They should understand this & should give orders to improve progress of villages
