whatever it is, the app is launched prematurely to save the face as 50 days deadline ended and still people are queuing up in atms to withdraw cashes. Out of 100 ATMs, only 20 are working and rs.2000 notes are in surplus not new rs.500 or rs.100 notes. Still i am struggling to find changes for rs.2000. some shops say buy for rs.1000 then only rs.1000 change would be given.

And less then 24 hours. BHIM App got another update to improve their system. As they don't need certificates work is already under progress.

You are totally incorrect. Even I studied in government college. Once date is fixed for exam, it cannot be changed. Irrespective of the course is completed or not.
