HELP Need suggestion on buying Full HD LED TV

Hi Friends,

I am planning to buy Full HD LED TV for my room. Need suggestion from you guys in selecting the model/brand

Existing TV's in my Home

Sony 40" LCD TV - 3.5 years old (Bought Sony just because I got huge discount)
Onida 21" CRT TV - 13 years old (Our family's trusted brand)

Following is my requirement

Size : 36" - 40"

Price range : 25 - 28K

Brands : Not preferring Sony/Samsung/LG because of their high price

Usage : DD Free Dish & Satellite Tracking

Please suggest some good brand LED TV's in my price range
