Looks like your are not clear about what you need. As per your post descriptio, u want android led tv. All suggestions are given based on that.
1. If you want 4k tv, then by default u will get smart os also(99%). I suggest u tobbuy lg 4k tv. (LG 108cm (43) Ultra HD (4K) Smart LED TV

4K not at all good on these cheap price branded channels.I must say these are fake 4K TVs.VU only some waht better in these TVs.
