No. Its not like that. This is how Free basics work.
For example:
Reliance will offer you free facebook and twitter. If you need to use Google, you have to pay Rs 10, Whatsapp - Rs 10, this forum - Rs 5 etc etc
So, every ISP will have their own pricing and we will be pissed off once again like we are pissed off with DTH operators and keep changing from here to there and there to somewhere else for better pricing.
i think many people are not aware. it cannot be possible. i mean different pricing formula.
govt. have already said that. so this is not going to be happened.
also in my above post i clearly said that we must exclude facebook or any other useless social networking sites n social media.
free basics will be useful for poor people. i m supporting for that only. bcoz poor people are also my brothers.

It might look good initially but what i said will happen gradually and that's why entire world is against this and pushing for Net Neutrality.
govt. said that net neutrality will be maintained.
even telecom operators opposed it n they were in favour of the net neutrality.

when mark zubersberg wrote an article in an indian newspaper at that time itself govt. said nothing like that will ever be implemented.
