I have a friend of mine in HATHWAY. He said it will still take time to rectify the freezing problem especially in Winters.

Also their HD plans are very expensive in pune. They have only Annual Plan.

But ur staying in Mumbai and now Hathway is giving Maximum HD and SD channels in that area.
