Let's wait for the details. They say 100+ channels. So, out of it atleast 70 will be south Indian channels.

If you recharge Tamil Value Pack for 12 months then that pack will become Rs. 133 PM but that pack will gave you 123 + channels and services but in this case they're saying 100 + channels and services and also many won't opt for long term recharge if they go monthly then certainly logic is not fitting also they don't explain anything more so according to me its a New Pack and may cater DD and SUN channels only along with services.
