Bad news guys. This pack has been discontinued 
That means d2h is not in favor of introducing Reginal Add On Packs for "East,West & North"-ROI reason and purposely running away from.[No single Regional Add On for these regions)

Reason is not clear as CC too don't have reason for discontinuation.
Still the page is available on the server but link is not there in the website. You can access the package still using the below direct URL.
