Not Acceptable at all.
How can any DTH launch such a pack officially and remove Only within 3-4 days asap without giving any short notice.
I think it's breach of customer's rights and should be penalized by TRAI against such a Unprofessional Move.
Looks like d2h purposely checked the views of customer towards this pack and suddenly Opt out by seeing the demand and protest happening from "West" region about Non-availability of Regional ADD ons till date over this pack, Providing could have impacted overall on other upper packages.
At the same time want to continue on Silent "South Region" ADD-On BIASING business against other Regions.
Seriously, someone has to look into this matter now, since water has surpassed over the head.
Anyway it is a foolish package...Not suitable either for ROI or for south region..South silver is the best pack which contains all 4 south regional channels....D2h have to think such pack for ROIS at 150-170Rs.. Either they have to give the regional pack region wise say marathi add on for maharashtra or punjabi add on for punjab or gujrati channels for gujrat region either free or at one time charge..Or else let the people choose their own regional pack 1 or 2 again free or at one time cost just like TS, ADTV, RDTV...
Two other things they have to look in..
1) Ten sports is supposed to be in super gold pack..
2) Let people choose their suitable pack (South or ROI) just like TS & may be ADTV...Although its seems to be difficult..
