Back button disabled.
On pressing OK, no more channel list appears.

For previous channel , Back button near channel button will be work

OK button to use pause and play option. If u still want to use Chanel list change the remote options to normal from compact

iam using videocon d2h hd stb 2011 model .

can i upgrade to latest stb 2222 model or continue with the same old stb ?

I think their is no offer available for HD STB 2011, to change 2222

but try to call cc

Instead of 2222 , why dont you try the HD DVR? Anyhow, check it out with the cc as Veer suggested.
