Videocon D2H HD New D2H STB 2222 Software Drawbacks

Today my STB 2222 box was restarting so many times before home channel is coming.
First it will show "Settop box is booting wait for 30 secs" and after that it will show blank screen.. again after 2 mins.. it will restart and show "Settop box is booting wait for 30 secs" and then again blank screen. This continued for around 20 mins before it shows home channel.
Raised a complaint with cc, and service engineer came and updated my software to Download id 18. Previously they have updated my software to 17.
Need to check the performance now

on my sony TV I'm getting unsupported audio signal when I select DD.
So they just changed color of stb?
Moreover there's no 2233 stb it's the 2222 one only
