Channels:

1. English Movies HD premiuim pack:
a) HBO HD
b) Movies Now 2 HD
c) Sony Le Plex HD

2. Premiuim HD English and Sports pack:
a) HBO HD
b) Movies Now 2 HD
c) Sony Le Plex HD
d) Star Sports Select HD 1
e) Star Sports Select HD 2



And as for the free part, I'm not sure, sorry...
