We're talking about how its a win - win for a Broadcaster if they don't cares about distribution except sports channels every genre channels having the first source income from ads, then subscription. Then discussion moved on if d2h having no problem to carry SWP HD then whats the problem on HBO HD, both are premium and available ala carte basis only and in this case how its a win - win for Broadcaster if they're d2h subscribers count.

You are talking about ala carte price which is goes to broadcaster but What is the profit for DTH in It? which you are not thinking. That is the deal between DTH and broadcaster.
