Ts are doing only publicity stunt, all time they do from their higher official but when people loose their confident of official then ceo start rumor of migrating on mpeg4

yer, but not so soon. In future i.e. In 2015 - 16. Its easy because there are about 4 million user still on mpeg2 and wont replace in few days so this is long months process.
