EntMnt Xclusive New Playlist " Ghazal " added in Active Music

Not sure when it got added, but today I found a new Category of Playlist " Ghazal " in Active Music.

Also, after tallying with the present Active Music list " Spiritual Music " seems to be missing. So, I think the new Category " Ghazal " has replaced it from last few days.

Can't say. May be you are right Preet bro . Why don't they announce such good things yaar. Even " KARAOKE " has not been announced by them.

They keep on adding things but didn't bothered to inform customers. Except internet users and forum followers, none other customers would be able to get this kind of updates.

dish is master at hyping even the smallest of changes while d2h don't even notify about channel addition they updated on FB page abt 9xO just couple of hrs back... never send sms or mail or a notification on tv screen..

Even d2h never bothered to educate language feed addition on their FB page . Everytime we came to know about this from our own members .

They should advertise about new additions on Help Channel 100.

Absolutely, They should have some Promo or info channels where they can show all small and big updates.

I am sure those who would have set favorites and using this functionality will never came to know about the new channel or services.

Videocon d2h introduces a new audio service for Ghazals


Videocon d2h is introducing an audio music service dedicated completely to Ghazals.

According to the DTH player, this is the first time that such a service is being offered by any player in the space. Videocon d2h is paving the way to give this genre "much needed recognition".

The 'Ghazal' service will be accessible on the Active Music platform. It will feature a collection of Ghazals of singers like Anuradha Paudwal, Ghulam Ali, Chandan Das, Jagjit Singh, Pankaj Udhas, Alka Yagnik and Lata Mangeshkar.

I am not able to use radio channels. Whenever I go to radio channels through Active menu my stb (hd dvr) gets stuck and need to restart. I could not browse by pressing remote, gets stuck by about 2 presses. All other active services and tv channels working perfect. By scanning I get 40 radio even.Tried by resetting stb too, but no solution. What could be wrong?

Welcome to my company :tongue: . Actually we have very less HD DVR users and I am sure everyone would be having the same Issue. I am having the same issue. That's why I used FTA Receiver to post the screens.

Videocon have 50+ Active Services, but its no use for DVr customers like me and you. DVR is so sluggish that since one year I would have been able to succeed 5-6 times watching Active Services.

Last time when I was succeeded watching it, I had to restart DVR 6-7 times and not to mention every time DVR scanned the hard drive for 5 minutes. DVR customers had been cheated . They are the highest paid customer in terms of product and services, still they are kept deprived for any updates.
