Update New Software downloaded for my tata sky HD box

hello friends I wrote a email to CEO desk for software update I got a call back in afternoon and engineer visited in the evening he did the software update for me.
simply he,switched off the STB and rebooted with BACK button on the remote pressed.
then when all three light on STB blinked he keyed in 2485 code.... The stb started loading new software
so this is the code you need to use to update software.... By your self
