Hi Guys,

Spoke to an lady executive, and besides being very courteous, she did tell me to keep the STB with power on for another 30 minutes, and to retry upgrading the software later. She said she had invoked a command to send me the packet but didn't receive it immediately, hence the wait.

Asked for what improvements have been included in the new software, she wasn't able to highlight any. And that, this software roll out has just begun and will be reaching many others soon.
