Yes...there is no option for manual update unfortunately....Should make available for personal customer convenience...

D2h CC not ideas solve the issue they only said turn on your STB 1/2 hours or 4 hours.

Yep, it's a '30-minutes or more' service.

But anyway they're helping. I was advised to keep the box 'ON', but in reality you can't put it on 'Standby' when updating.
In case my box fails to update I have been told that I will be given a new box.

AFAIK The Box should be switched On so then OTA can be recieved .
Well if there is no Data then how can a Box recieve even if its Switched on ? I think they will add the SW Data soon again if its the same as yesterday.
