Mr.Bhat, I think so too. Every time I call them, they tell me to unplug from the power source and wait for 30 or more minutes. Meanwhile they tell me that they have *something* recycled, and it should work.

As you say, if there is not data to be received there is no point in doing, unless it's available.

Champu Patel, it could be because your STB didn't receive the data they supposedly broadcasted last night. I might have received a partial data as I was watching TV late in the night, but when I pressed Exit, the screen never came back.
Although they are telling it might be an issue with my STB so they are sending an engineer to check on that
