well i got my software upgraded but the cc senior was telling that it is possible to record and rewind live tv also.he told me dat in my screen there should be options for pause and rewind bt in my screen there are no such options for pause and rewind.please help...do i need to buy a new remote?

Yes of course . To use play pause , rewind and forward, new compatible remote is required.
With normal remote, only recording can be started or stopped.

No, 2222 remote if a RF remote and will not work with 2011. you will need to ask them for a PVR remote which is compatible with 2011.
You should drop an email to them and ask for a replacement remote to use complete functionality. After all you must have paid Rs 199 for its activation and Rs 30 on monthly basis.

Yes bro, yours is a RF remote and model number of your box is 2222 which is the latest one.
