Yes, I am also having a D2H HD Box(2011 model) with download I/D 20 only. I wanted to get 5.1 channel audio through HDMI from HD channels and usb recording facility, requested to D2H team for firmware upgradation through OTA, till date no software upgrade happened. Though some customer executive called me over phone and told that they will roll out OTA upgradation in West Bengal from 29th December, 2013. As no upgrade happened on the aforesaid date I again emailed them for software upgrade through OTA in my above box, if not not possible replace the same box with 2222 Box, but surprisingly they are not replying to me regarding this matter.
