Update New TP 12729 H 30000 found on NSS6

I think backup for NSS6 also coming by 2016 or 17. So as of now there will be no space issues for dishtv.

SES 12 will be launched in Q4 2017 with 54 Ku TP's

Its not showing in the dishtv box because of having no channels.
