So, no change for Tata Sky. Its impossible. They are taking 3-4 years to move to MPEG 4 migration. So, it will take another 3-4 years to align every Antenna to 91.5 degree.

ABS 2 @ 75* is the best sattelite for Tatasky to use,
it's also have dedicated india beam,
ABS 2 have total 51 ku band Tp's of 54 & 108 MHz.

anyone read whole report. come to notice that Dos give whole orbital 83 E slot to tata sky for Ku band. my God this is too big problem now hence isro unable to give Gsat 10 to any other because litigation fear. big big problem for dos
