I am very sure The tp found by Mr. Bhat sir is real but we cant say it is from tata sky may be by isro test but from SR rate it will be tata sky's..

if the isro is testing then the frequency will be different & lower Sr but its same as ts then ts is testing and its time for ts testings not isro, isro testings time has been over.
