Breaking News New TP found in 83°E -KU Band

Just now found a new TP either from Insat 4A or G SAT 10 @83° E.

TP → 12652,H,1428,34,32APSK
I think its a DATA TP from GSAT itslf but cant confirm . May be used by Tatasky

I d read somewhere, that 32 APSK wont transmit TV channels, even 16APSK transmit only data channels.
