hope so but reasons are 1] jcsat operated at 124 E at same frequency 124.0° East - JCSAT 4A Frequencies then it move at 82 E http://www.flysat.com/jsat4a-info.php
2]no any indian satellite is operating on higher ku frequency band till date and may be because of no permission from ITU [International telecom union which coordinate orbital slot and freq. To all countries.]
