Before the new software release...there was a bug...ie. the STB used to hange or we cant view the recorded content of those channels which were migrated to MPEG 4....now that issue has been rectified.....
As per the sms they should have migrated at-least 1 English news channel already. Why they are delaying in this genre ?

coz a very large no of subscribers subscribe to English news channels so they are taking a cautious aproach

write them a strongly worded email ( you cannot watch your favorite channel like shalom tv etc) , i was also refused earlier but wrote them a email got the box within 24hrsThey are yet to give me free MPEG 4 upgrade showing reason as unavailability.
Done that already. No stock in Kolkata local office. As Bishwakarma Puja is tomorrow, they have asked for time till Wednesday. If not done by Wednesday, I will ask from refund of the days I was denied of watching TV. I am a Mega Pack subscriber. So they are bound to give me all the channels at every time.
TS strategy should be to first migrate all Regional packs one by one. Since each subscriber will have 2 Free Regional pack, by migrating all Regional packs they would be covering 90 % of the total subscriber base. Then they can easily migrate Add-on packs without facing any issues
